The 2022 Black Music Honors reside taping was held on the Cobb Power Performing Arts Centre on Thursday Might nineteenth.

The present was co-hosted by LeToya Luckett and DeRay Davis

Honorees have been The Whispers, Dru Hill, Karyn White, Mary Mary, Tevin Campbell and Keri Hilson.

Eric Roberson, Amber Riley, LeToya Luckett, R&B group Silk, Child n Play, Kevin Ross, Crystal Aikin, Raz-B, Dionne Farris and Angela Lee have been amongst the artists and celebrities who walked the purple carpet.

Performers that graced the stage included Child N’ Play, Carl Thomas, Zonnique, Dondria Nicole, Dionne Ferris, Amber Riley, Eric Bellinger, Avery Wilson, PJ Morton, Jade Novah, Keedron Bryant, Ahjah and Rhea Partitions from The Partitions Group, Tasha Web page-Lockhart, Crystal Aikin, Sheléa, Kevin Ross and Eric Roberson. Different superstar appearances included Tammy Rivera, Angela Yee, Raz B, Tiny Harris, Pastor Mike Jr., Trina Braxton, Silk and extra!

2022 BMH Honorees started with Award-Successful Singer-Songwriter Keri Hilson, who acquired the Music and Songwriter Icon Award. Multi-Award-Successful Gospel Duo Mary Mary have been introduced with the Gospel Icon Award; 5-Time GRAMMY Nominee Tevin Campbell acquired the R&B Icon Award; Award-Successful Supergroup Dru Hill was acknowledged with the City Music Icon Award and a deliberate particular efficiency in celebration of their twenty fifth anniversary; NAACP Picture Award-Successful Singer Karyn White was honored with the Soul Music Award, and the Legendary R&B Group The Whispers took dwelling the Legends Award for his or her unimaginable almost six-decade music profession.

The Black Music Honors will air in broadcast syndication June 4 – July 3, 2022 and on Bounce TV on Saturday, June 25 in recognition of Black Music Month.
